Privacy notice

Dani Life Hub is a private, owner-operated personal application. The owner controls account access, the Google connection and the records shown in the dashboard. Contact dani@lpsservices.us for privacy questions, access concerns or deletion requests.

When authorized, the application reads vehicle and renewal records from the owner’s configured Google Sheets tracker to display and organize those records. It keeps last-successful copies so the dashboard remains usable during a connection failure and identifies the source and synchronization status. Insurance references have separate supporting evidence and are not assumed to be complete in the vehicle tracker.

Google authorization uses only spreadsheets.readonly. This Google permission allows read-only access to spreadsheets accessible to the authorizing account; the application separately restricts requests to the configured tracker. The application does not edit Google Sheets, change sharing or request Google Drive write access.

Personal records and Google authorization credentials are processed and stored server-side in the owner’s private application environment. The current working application runs on the owner’s Mac, with access protected by Tailscale and owner authentication. Future hosting of personal records on another service requires separate owner approval and an updated notice where appropriate.

The public information pages are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. They contain no dashboard records or application credentials and do not provide a connection to the private dashboard. The pages use no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or submission forms. Cloudflare processes ordinary connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the pages under its own privacy policy.

Dropbox is used for owner-approved encrypted recovery archives in the owner’s account. Archives are encrypted before upload. The private recovery key is kept separately offline. This backup connection is limited to its dedicated App Folder and does not grant access to the owner’s original supporting-document folders.

Google data is used only for the owner’s dashboard and related administration and recovery. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized AI models. Access is limited to the owner, maintenance explicitly authorized by the owner, and service providers only as needed to supply the hosting, storage or connectivity described in this notice.

The owner can revoke the application’s Google access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops new reads but does not automatically erase cached records or encrypted historical backups. Records are retained while needed for the owner’s organization and recovery purposes. Deletion requests are reviewed through dani@lpsservices.us; historical encrypted copies may persist until removed under the owner-approved retention and recovery arrangements. Automated destructive backup retention is not currently enabled.

Dani Life Hub’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Changes to integrations or data use require owner review and updated disclosures.
